We were really excited to work on the Marina Bay Sands (MBS) calendar for 2020. It was a fascinating project to work on due to the nature of their business and the recipients of the calendar. The design had to have a balance of modern and traditional aesthetic, bright and attractive and most of all, auspicious in its symbolism, colours and meaning.

We carefully picked auspicious colours for the different seasons and used a healthy mix of “lucky” flowers as a nod to our Nanyang heritage and of Singapore as a Garden City. We added festive motifs throughout the calendar to keep it fun and made sure we included a tasteful mix of Chinese aesthetic as the recipients are predominantly Chinese.
